Irina Barnés.- Fotoahora, a new App for Android was launched last Tuesday, which principle function is to enable users to add date and localization to their Twitter images. It is a tool that has permitted the Venezuelan community to boost the credibility of images uploaded by those who are fond of social networks.
In this way, the App hopes to be able to resolve the information problems that the South American country is going through, rooted in the protests initiated a week ago against Nicolás Maduro’s governmental management. Thus, permitting that blue bird users transmit reliable real-time information on the events that are having place, while manifestations or protests are occurring.
The application’s development team asks for people to inform responsibly, and to avoid false, old, or Photoshopped photographs.
